The Faculty of Medicine UNPAD on Tuesday 2 April 2012 has organized a workshop of counselor lecturer at the 6th floor of UNPAD Teaching Hospital jalan Eijkman 38 Bandung
Samsudin Surialaga, dr as Team Coordinator for Guidance and Counselling explained some important things which are the counselor lecturer responsibilities such as: how to educate, to teach, to train and to make the whole personal potentials that the students already have in their personalities become real as well as how to guide them to be a good citizen
There were some speakers who were involved in this event such as Dr. Tina Hayati Dahlan, S.Psi.,M.Pd.,Psi (Lecturer of the Faculty of Psychology UPI who also wrote a book entitled An Enjoyable Creative Scientific Games to upgrade children personal potentials as well as children intelligence < the event has been attended by Heads of departments and academic members of the faculty.
The existence of any counselor lecturers for students of the undergraduate program are how to make the students can have their appropriate and best choices of study programs as well as the subjects concentrations which are suitable with their talents, interests and future idealism, having their abilities to finish their study and also how to make them be able to finalize all of their study responsibilities timely, reach their study achievements which are suitable with their abilities, having the capabilities how to have a good social relationship with their friends as well as their lecturers, having the behavior and professional maturity, a realistic point of view about their personalities as well as their environment. The workshop will be held during April 2012 every Tuesday and Thursday on 08.30 a.m to 05.00 pm (The First week was planned for first year regular students and Twinning Program students, the second week for 2nd and 3rd year students, the 3rd week for 4th year students and midwifery diploma program students)
The workshop was successfully happened and ended by a discussion session
