Non-academic staffs morning briefing Faculty of Medicine UNPAD Jun 18th 2012, 04:32 For the third times non-academic staffs of the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD has their morning briefing on Sunday 17 June 2012 on 08.00 am wearing the batik uniform   The morning briefing has been conducted by Head of Academic and Student Affairs Sub Department Slamet Suprapto, S Sos, MSi and The Vice Dean of General Affairs and Finance Gaga Irawan Nugraha, dr, SpGK, MGizi as the chief commander. Through his speech, Dr Gaga explained how the faculty staffs should always based on 3 M points in doing their responsibilities. The 3M points are: doing the TUPOKSI, accepting the executive commands and always be ready for any changes. The successof an institution couldn't be separated from their internal human resources, and non academic staffs are part of those. Good working ethos should be increased by members of non academic staffs.   The Vice Dean II also announces best non academic staffs of the faculty: Rizbanu Karsenoadi, Cecep Cahyadi, Tini Rohijah. The faculty expecte, the three of them would became the faculty role models for their colleagues. The briefing then continued by working guidance from the Vice Dean II to Heads of Divisions and Units o f the Faculty

Medical Professional Oath 3rd batch in the academic year of 2011/2012 Jun 11th 2012, 07:55 174 students of the Professional Doctors Education Program who have been successfully passed their Indonesian Medical Doctors Competence Examination (UKDI) had joined the medical professional oath ceremony for the 3rd batch in the academic year of 2011/2012. The ceremony was happened at Graha Sanusi Hardjadinata Jalan Dipati Ukur 35 Bandung The open plenary convention of the faculty of medicine senate of Universitas Padjadjaran has been officially opened by the dean of the faculty as head of the Faculty's Senate. The ceremony has been attended by Vice Dean I, Vice Dean II, Vice Dean III, faculty's professors, heads of departments, special staff for the student affairs of the faculty, secretary of Doctor Professional Education Program, parents and families of the graduates He Dean of the Faculty explained that the best graduate (based on the UKDi's result) has been reached by Anindya Kirana who has the highest mark. The average grade point/GPA of this batch is 3.45 and 73 graduates has reached the Cumlaude! This was really a remarkable achievement.. All of the faculty members congratulated the graduates and their families

MMPI AND TOEFL TESTS FOR FACULTY OF MEDICINE UNPAD APPLICANTS First Period of the 2012/2013 academic year Jun 11th 2012, 07:57 The Committee for Universitasran Entrance Test (SMUP) in co-operation with the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD has organized the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) Test and TOEFL Test for the faculty applicants of specialist doctors education program at UNPAD-RSHS Teaching Hospital Auditorium Hall Jalan Eijkman 38 Bandung 347 applicants have participated in both tests which had been  held from 08.00 am to 04.00 pm. This was a battle  to become a student of The Faculty's Specialist Doctors Education Program, told one of the participants. Further test needed will be arranged by each department based on the choice of study programs that had been made by the applicants The MMPI and TOELF Test had been participated by UNPAD alumni and any universities all around Indonesia, the whole participants reached the number or 383 registered persons

Universitas Padjadjaran Roadshow of Intellectual Property Rights and Scientific Publications Unit Selection Jun 14th 2012, 03:51 Universitas Padjadjaran has organized a Roadshow of Intellectual Property Rights and Scientific Publications Unit Selection at the 2nd floor of UNPAD RSHS Teaching Hospital Auditorium Hall on Wednesday 13 June 2012. The event has been attended by Vice Dean II of the Faculty Gaga Irawan Nugraha, dr, SpGK, MGizi, Head of Scientific Unit and Intellectual Property Rights of the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD Tono Djuwantono, dr, SpOG and Secretary of UNPAD Intellectual Property Rights Mrs Laina   Some speakers presented their explanations related with Intellectual Property Rights such as Prof Dr M Nurhalim Shahib, dr – Head of  Basic Medical Science Magister Stuy Program who explained the global strategy in the achievement of intellectual property rights patent in medical science of the university which also included how to reach human resources behavior who have the achievement tradition, innovative, qualified creations, focused and always be opened for any information, having the sense to take advantages of any opportunities (Indonesian economists, Asian economists, European economists) and able to fulfill the local products The benefit of Intellectual Property Rights at a university is research which is an intellectual investment, condition that giving knowledge is more important than giving the money, endorsing entrepreneurship, intellectual competitiveness, Intellectual Property Rights will also increase the university performance, makes the university will be able to create knowledge based society to build economic based society and intellectual property rights will be a business asset which will be able to help the university becomes independent for its financial matters The event has been successfully happened and ended by a discussion

Brevet Departemen Ilmu THT-KL FK Unpad (bahasa) Jun 7th 2012, 02:26 Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL FK Unpad telah meluluskan kembali 4 orang Dokter Spesealis baru, yakni : AKP Purwadi, dr., SpTHT-KL, Kapten Kes Anne Indrawati, dr., SpTHT-KL, Yanuar Iman Santosa, dr., SpTHT-KL, dan Williani Risnawati, dr., SpTHT-KL., pada Kamis (31/5) menerima brevet bertempat di Aula Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL lantai 2 Gedung Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Unpad – RSHS jalan Pasteur 38 Bandung. Mereka merupakan lulusan ke 137, 141-143 dari Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL FK Unpad. Acara ini dihadiri oleh Pembantu Dekan II (Dr. Gaga Irawan Nugraha, dr.,SpGK.,M.Gizi), Kepala Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL (Dr. Ratna Anggraeni A, dr., M.Kes., SpTHT-KL), staf pendidik dan kependidikan dan tamu undangan beserta keluarga penerima brevet. Kepala Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL dalam sambutannya beliau mengatakan bahwa diharapkan kepada para Dokter Spesialis dapat menjunjung tinggi terhadap FK Unpad, RSHS dan khususnya Departemen Ilmu Kesehatan THT-KL serta memberi manfaat terhadap masyarakat pada umumnya. Sivitas Akademika FK Unpad mengucapkan selamat dan semoga sukses kepada para lulusan.
