Visit of the 3rd Committee of House of Regional Representatives

17 members of the 3rd Committee of The House of Regional Representatives from West Java Province has visited Hasan Sadikin Hospital Jalan Pasteur 38 Bandung on Thursday 7 July 2011. A meeting then held at the convention room of Hasan Sadikin Hospital at the 2nd floor which was attended by Executive Director of Hasan Sadikin Hospital – Bayu Wahyudi, dr, SpOG, MPHM and his staffs, Vice Dean for Finance of the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD Dr.Gaga Irawan Nugraha, dr, M.Gizi, SpGK, Board of Education Coordination Hasan Sadikin Hospital – The Faculty of Medicine UNPAD and some heads of departments of the faculty The purpose of the visit was getting any inputs and aspirations related with the content draft of Medical Education Regulations/Laws as an initiative advice of the House of Regional Representatives and any regional developments, therefore there were also a discussion session and a visit by the committee The discussion was happened attractively, one of the committee members question was is it urgent to have a draft of Medical Education Laws?. Dr.Gaga Irawan answered that it is necessary to have it with some indicators as the reasons such as: The Faculty of Medicine UNPAD has some education programs: Medical Undergraduate Program, Medical Professional Education Program, Specialist Program which involved many persons and parties related with the learning and education system. The involvement of them will also involve various human being which have their human rights and complexity The visit was ended by the committee's visit to The Teaching Hospital of UNPAD-Hasan Sadikin Hospital at some venues such as the auditorium hall of the 2nd floor and continued to the Health Research Unit and some laboratories at the 3rd floor    |
