| Call for Abstract Sep 27th 2012, 02:06 To celebrate 55th Padjadjaran University Anniversary, we call for abstract to be presented on oral presentations or poster, under the following conditions: - Authors are under graduate/post graduate students, alumni, lecturer, research unit staff of Faculty of Medicine or other school of health profession.
- Co-authorship are permitted, first author will present the paper either in oral presentation or poster
- One participant may only present one paper or poster
- Research was conducted in the past 5 years
- Topics in medicine and health are welcome
- Abstract should be submitted by email to lustrum2012.fkunpad@gmail.com
Format for Abstract: - Abstract consists of title, names of authors, institution/department, introduction, method, results, and conclusion/recommendation, key words, and correspondence e-mail. The first author should be the one who will present in poster/oral presentation.
- Word count : 200-250 max.
- Abstract is written in English.
Deadline and selection for abstract: - Call for abstract starts from 6th August 2012 until 24th September 2012.
- Selection process will be held from 7th August until 25th September 2012.
- Accepted abstract for poster/oral presentation will be announced via e-mail start on 19th September 2012 until 25th September 2012.
- The selected authors have to send digital poster (for poster presentation)/ soft copy of power point presentation (for oral presentation) for exhibition and send it to lustrum2012.fkunpad@gmail.com before 26th September 2012, 11.59 am.
Regulation for poster: - Size 80 x 100 cm.
- Poster included title, names of authors, institution/department, introduction, method, results, conclusion/ recommendation– all written in English.
- Poster should consist maximum 3 tables/graphics.
Poster exhibition: - Poster exhibition will be held on 28th – 30th September 2012 in Gedung Rumah Sakit Pendidikan, Jl. Eijkman no.38, Bandung – West Java.
- Poster will be organized based on topics.
- Printed poster should be personally attached on designated display board before 8 am on Friday, 28th Sept 2012.
- The attending author for poster should be able to present his/her poster during the poster contest on Sunday, 30th Sept 2012 from 10.00-11.00.
Regulation for oral presentation: - Oral presentation will be held on 30th September 2012 in Gedung Rumah Sakit Pendidikan, Jl. Eijkman no.38, Bandung – West Java. Presentation will be divided into two sessions, from 08.30-10.00 and 11.00-12.30
- Detailed schedule and room designation for oral presentation will be announced on 27th September 2012.
- The parcipants should provide power point presentation, maximum allocated time 10 minutes.
All selected research abstract (either presented in oral or poster session) will be submitted in the Majalah Kedokteran Bandung (MKB) supplement. | |
