A visit of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD
On Wednesday 9 November 2011 JICA has visited 3 institutions of Universitas Padjadjaran: The Faculty of Medicine, The Faculty of Nursing and Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bandung. The visit was fulfilled also with a meeting that was held on the second floor of Hasan Sadikin Hospital Examination Hall. Some senior staffs of the faculty have attended the meeting such as Vice Dean for Administration – General Affairs and Finance Dr Gaga Irawan, dr, SpGK M.Gizi, The Director of Hasan Sadikin Hospital Bayu Wahyudi, dr, SpOG, MPHM and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Hana Rizmadewi, SKp MN, and staffs of the Faculty of Medicine UNPAD,Hasan Sadikin Hospital and Faculty of Nursing UNPAD
The ceremony was started with a speech and presentation byThe Director of Hasan Sadikin Hospital. An interactive discussion was also held between JICA, The Faculty of Medicine UNPAD, Hasan Sadikin Hospital and Faculty of Nursing. One of the discussion topics was about the ideal human resource of the3institutions as well as the facilities that could support the nursing education
After the discussion, the programme continued by a visit to the Kemuning Room of Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung and facilities of UNPAD Teaching Hospital. Besides the visit in Bandung, JICA has also visited Jatinangor campus to take a look at the education facilities which are available at the Faculty of Medicine as well as the Faculty of Nursing.
